Super cool design! Love the idea, though I do wonder what kind of power Mega Man could derive from this. Putting enemies into Sleep Mode?

Interesting take on Tails and the kitsuné legend. It's a conundrum how you could write this in to canon, because Tails' character is far and away from magic and mythology as you can get, yet that extra tail could suggest otherwise. Maybe that could play into a future story, where Tails gets mistaken for a deity or something and he investigates the story behind the mistake?
