Your style reminds me a lot of one of the Archie styles. I forget his name, but he had a distinct cartoony style that was quite controversial at the time, but he always puts a stunning amount of detail in his work. His IDW covers are incredible

yeah!! they're a set, at the time i drew this i was listening to a song called "I Am The Beat" by The Look. great song, and since i listened to it at the peak of balan brainrot i just associate it with them now, along with a few other songs
