Very cute! Only note I can give is to stick to one tone of white to save on colours and consistency; his muzzle is a different tone to his belly!

Looks amazing! However, the eyes are quite large, and her nose and jawline are a little sharp. Did you mean to stylise the face?

As for getting quicker, that comes with getting used to drawing your subject. Try drawing the same picture over and over until you can recreate it in half the time!
