[PixelArt Tanks and Soldier]

Oh man, this takes me back! In my college days, I designed a pitch for an action game based on Vietnam. It started off as a direct adaptation, but the period was so sad that I just couldn't recreate it as realistically as I was told to, so I made it into a Game-Boy-style run-&-gun instead to make it a bit less haunting. Got top marks across the board for it! Sadly, I lost the files for it over 10 years ago now; the project leaders didn't give us much time or space to save anything beyond the deadline.

I was inspired by Metal Slug and Advance Wars. my idea is to create a graphic Asset Pack to upload it to Itch.io, as a way to have something ready to create a game or whatever.

They're adorable, especially their bright colours! Reminds me of Viva Pinãta, a favourite among my friend group. I wonder if that will ever make a comeback too?
